Explanation of the functioning:
- Two roller sets above each other are cleaning the fabric. The roller width is 2200 mm.
- Each set of rollers has 2 rollers: 1 beating roller (vain roller) and a brushing roller.
- Both rollers are covered for the suction/exhaust system.
- The “touch” of the roller to the fabric can be adjusted by a hand wheel.
- The large fan is exhausting the pollution (dust, treads, etc.) from the roller sets.
- The drives are with a frequency inverter.
